It is recommended to take the following steps to correct this issue: 

1. Try switching your browser to Google Chrome. The electronic resources seem to work better with the Google Chrome Browser.

2. Try deleting the history and cookies on the electronic device being used.

3. Log out of all GGC accounts, close any GGC windows or tabs, and log back in.

After trying these steps, you may need to contact the GGC Kaufman Library or the Technology Support Services/GGC HelpDesk.
